Lash Policy

• New clients are required to pay a $30 non-refundable booking deposit to secure your spot that will go towards your final payment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and another deposit will be required to book.
• 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. (One-time transferable) Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required.
• If you no-show without giving any notice, you will be charged 100% of the full-service value.
• Price is subject to change without notice.
• All services instructions are sent out in a email confirmation once the booking is complete. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all instructions.
• No refunds on services. 

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

• Arrive with clean lashes – meaning no makeup residue (eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow etc)
• Avoid caffeinated drinks 2-3 hours before your appointment.
• Lashes need to be at least 50% intact to be considered a fill. Anything over 4 weeks will be subject to an additional charge. Be sure to apply ” Over 3 weeks fill” in the add-ons when booking.
• We do fill other lash technician work. We charge a one-time fee of $25 + GST. If their quality work does not meet our standards we may ask to remove them and a new set will be required.
