Cosmetic Tattoo Policy
Please carefully read all information & policies below before booking any appointments
• All appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your appointment
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and another deposit will be required to rebook
• 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. ONE-TIME transferable is allowed. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required
• If you no-show without giving any notice, you will be charged 100% of the full-service value
• Price is subject to change without notice
• All services instructions are sent out in an email confirmation once the booking is complete. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all instructions
• There are no refunds on services
• If you’ve had previous work done, please submit a clear photo before booking. All previous work is subject for a colour correction.
Touch-ups are required for optimal results. 1-3 months after the initial session. It is the clients responsibility to book their touch-up as soon as possible to avoid missing the timeframe.
YOU ARE UNABLE TO CONTINUE WITH THE PROCEDURE IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Pregnant/Breastfeeding
• Under 18 years old
• Diabetic (Consult with your doctor before going through the procedure)
• Epilepsy
• Accutane within one year
• Chemotherapy (Consult with your doctor before going through the procedure)
• Keloids or Hypertrophic Scarring
• HIV Infections and/or Diseases
• Skin Irritations, Psoriasis, or Eczema near the treated area
• Botox (Wait 3 weeks)
• Blood-thinning Medications
